Abstarct: Rutting is considered one of the main distress of asphalt pavement, which, in addition to causing problems in the performance of the pavement, allocates a lot of costs in the maintenance operation. In the research conducted by the researchers, the use of different additives in asphalt mixtures has been mentioned as one of the ways to improve the rutting performance. Providing a model for predicting the rutting performance of asphalt mixtures using laboratory results can be effective in saving the maintenance costs of this distress. In this research, using static creep test, the effect of crumb rubber with percentages of 1, 3 and 5% on the creep performance of asphalt mixtures using two types of bitumen 64-10 and 64-22 has been evaluated. in order to predict the amount of rutting of different samples, a rutting test was made using Abaqus finite element model software. Determining the viscoelastic properties of asphalt mixtures has been done by determining the parameters of the Proni series using the creep test. Also, mechanical models were created in order to compare with the model made in Abaqus software. The results of the static creep test showed that in the samples made with bitumen 64-10, with the addition of the percentage of crumb rubber, the amount of deformation also increased. But in the samples made with bitumen 64-22, the deformations decreased. Also, after validating the behavioral model, it was shown that the data obtained from the laboratory and the models made in Abaqus software and the general mechanical model are close to each other with acceptable accuracy. So that the difference between laboratory data and Abaqus software is 4% and this is 0.4% for the general mechanical model.
